Ingredients:

  • 4 game sausage (anything you want)
  • 2/3 lump of puff pastry
  • 3 oz of your favorite cheese (may your favorite be old cheddar :d)
  • 2 teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 teaspoon of chopped tarragon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 teaspoon of milk

Instructions:

  1. Grill your sausages for some time and then let cool
  2. Extend the puff pastry on your board, cut it in band that are a little bit less large than the sausages
  3. Drop the sausages on the pastry bands and whitewash them with mustard, add thin slice of cheese and the tarragon
  4. Roll up the bands around the sausages and seal it with the yolk and the milk
  5. Cook them in a oven on a pastry sheet, at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes
  6. Serve with homemade ketchup !
