Breakfast 9 am Pancakes with peanut butter and strawberries


2 eggs,

1 tablespoon water,

2 oz cream cheese, cubed,

2/3 cup almond flour,

1 teaspoon baking powder,

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon,

2 tbsp. coconut oil.

Mix all ingredients into a blender, then bake the pancakes from both sides into a pan. Serve the pancakes with peanut butter and strawberries.

Lunch 2 pm  Grilled vegetables with mushrooms

Recipe: you will need cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic. Mix the veggies and the mushrooms in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and seasonings. Put them on a baking paper and bake them till mushrooms become golden.

Dinner 7 pm  Tuna salad

Recipe: mix lettuce, cucumber, and tuna, with some salt, and seasonings.
