Breakfast 9 am  Fruit salad

Recipe: mix whatever fruits you want with whatever nuts and seeds you want.

Lunch 2 pm  Avocado salad
Recipe: ½ avocado sliced, 1 tomato chopped, 1 green pepper chopped, 1 cucumber sliced, few onion rings, olive oil, salt and seasonings.

Dinner 7 pm  Broccoli soup


1 tbsp. olive oil

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

10 ounce chopped frozen broccoli, thawed

1 small potato, peeled and chopped

4 cups vegetable broth

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan, and saute onion and garlic until tender. Mix in broccoli, potato, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Puree the mixture until smooth in a blender or hand mixer. Return to the saucepan, and reheat. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
