NINE FACTOR DIET – Day 14
Breakfast 9 am Strawberry ice-cream
Recipe: blend 200ml cold coconut milk with 100gr frozen strawberries, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and honey as needed.
Lunch 2 pm One pan baked salmon
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 Seasoned Salmon fillets
Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees F. Combine veggies in a large sheet pan. Season the veggies with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place the fillets next to the veggies and bake 18-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and the veggies are tender.
Dinner 7 pm Tuna salad
Recipe: mix lettuce, tomato, and tuna, with some salt, and seasonings.
