Breakfast 9 am  Millet with coconut cream, flax seed, and berries

Recipe: cook around 50-100gr millet, add few tsp. coconut cream, one tbsp. ground flaxseed, and a handful of berries. Mix it all together.

Lunch 2 pm  Eggs fried with vegetables
Recipe: mix 2-4 eggs with preferred vegetables (broccoli, pepper, tomato…), add some seasonings and salt and fry the mixture on butter, coconut oil or olive oil.

Dinner 7 pm  Vegetable salad with pumpkin seeds

Recipe: chop tomato, carrot, cucumber, add pepper, a handful of pumpkin seeds, seasonings, sea salt, olive oil and if you want you can add some lemon juice. Mix it and you are done.
