A delicious & healthy dip, great for parties or just having around the house! Dip also goes great as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients:

  • * *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 16-oz container
  • * Jalapeno Peppers, 5 pepper
  • * 1 bunch Cilantro, raw
  • * Garlic, 1 clove
  • * Salt, 1 tsp
  • * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
  • * 1 medium-size ripe avocado

Instructions:

  1. Roast jalapenos over an open flame (BBQ grill, gas stovetop) or in an oven (400 degrees till blistered), set aside to cool.
  2. Remove the skin & pit of the avocado, slice into 4 pieces and add to food processor, followed by garlic, cilantro (unleafy bottom stem portion removed).
  3. Remove seeds & charred skin from jalapenos & add to food processor, then cover with sour cream.
  4. Blend until smooth, add salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Serve cold with chips or veggies. Enjoy!
