Ingredients:

  • L – 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Handful cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large can chili beans
  • 3 or 4 jalepeno's, chopped(optional)

Instructions:

  1. saute' beef, onion and cilantro
  2. add chili beans
  3. add jalepeno's
  4. Bring to light boil then turn down heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
  5. Serve in bowls or more fun………make burritos with this filling……..
